Presentation times
Please find your allocated speaking and discussion times in the online programme.
Lectures, oral presentations & TEP Awardees
- please create your presentation in 16:9 aspect ratio
- presentations in PDF, PowerPoint and OpenOffice formates are accepted
- please bring your presentation file on a portable storage defice, ideally a USB stick
Poster
- Plesase be advised that only printed posters will be displayed on-site
- DIN format A0 (84,1 cm width x 118,9 cm height)
- should be laminated
- mounting materials will be provided on-site
- Poster boards will be labeld with your programme ID (HpID)
- Please familiarize yourself with the current online programme before the start of your session. Any last-minute programme changes or cancellations will also be communicated by email. If a presentation is canceled at short notice, the available time can be used for a longer discussion or allocated to the remaining presentations.
- Please arrvie in the lecture room 5 to 10 minutes before the start of your session.
- Please ensure that speakers adhere to their allocated presentation times in order to maintain the smooth running of the programme.
- Please moderate the Q&A session following the presentations and, if necessary, stimulate discussion by posing one or two questions of your own.
